Delivery
- The price depends on where it's going and the biggest thing in your order, and you see it at checkout as soon as you type your postcode. You pay it once per order.
- Every size we sell online is a single item, so before anything is sent we check it's on the shelf. Ordered before 2pm on a working day, sent the same day.
- Your card is authorised when you order, but the money is only taken when your order is on its way. If we can't send it, the hold is released and you're never charged.
- Rather collect? Choose click and collect at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready at the shop in Battlesbridge.

Returns
- Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of it arriving, then send it back within 14 days of telling us, for a full refund of the item price.
- It needs to come back unused, in its original packaging, with the tags on. Ski kit that's been used on snow, or fishing kit that's been used on the bank, can't be returned.
- Boots that have been heat-moulded or had shell work are made to your feet, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty.
- Start a return online and you'll get a reference to write on the parcel. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service.
- We refund to your original card within 14 days of receiving the return, and email you a credit note.
- Faulty goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Wrong size?
Boots are the hardest thing to buy online. If you're between sizes, ring us on 01268 768282 before you order — or come in for a fitting.
