A few minutes off the A130 at the Rettendon Turnpike — a short run from Chelmsford, Southend, Basildon, Rayleigh and Wickford.
By car
- From Chelmsford and the A12
- A130 south towards Southend, then follow signs for Battlesbridge at the Rettendon Turnpike roundabout.
- From Southend and Rayleigh
- A127 or A1245 to the Rettendon Turnpike, then the short run down into Battlesbridge village.
- From Basildon and Wickford
- A132 to Rettendon, then follow the signs for Battlesbridge and the antiques centre.
