About the Black Crows Sato 2025/26
The Sato is Black Crows' refined all-terrain carver designed for skiers who like to spin along immaculate slopes and roam the resort between runs. It combines progressive front rocker with early-rise tail for pivot control and floatation, coupled with classic medium camber underfoot that balances stability with handling. The median flex is playful and adapts easily to different styles, making it forgiving enough for intermediates yet responsive enough for advanced skiers who want precision on the piste.
Why we rate it
The Sato does two jobs well: it carves hard when you want it to, and it pivots easily when you want to explore off the groomed runs. The slightly short sidecut combined with the rocker profile gives you good reactivity without demanding perfect technique. The 88 mm waist keeps you connected on the piste without feeling too restrictive for side-to-side movement. It's a ski that rewards good technique but doesn't punish minor mistakes.
Who it's for
Intermediate to advanced skiers who spend most of their time on resort but like the option to wander into gentler off-piste terrain and glades. Works equally well for those who want a single quiver ski that handles everything from carving to casual exploration.
