  • Stand on paper, heel against a wall, in a thin sock. Mark your longest toe and measure — do both feet and use the bigger one.
  • Between sizes? Go for the larger. A fitter can take up space in a boot, but can't make a short one longer.
  • Brands and lasts vary. Walk in and a fitter will check your foot in the shell — no appointment needed.

About the Nordica Speedmachine 3 95 W BOA (GW) 2026/27

The Speedmachine 3 95 W BOA is a medium-flex all-mountain boot designed for female skiers who want performance without sacrificing comfort. The 95 flex rating sits in that sweet spot between progression and precision, responsive enough for red runs and variable terrain yet forgiving enough for longer days. The BOA Fit System replaces the lower buckles with a dial mechanism, letting you fine-tune pressure across the foot and shin with one hand—no fumbling with multiple straps.

This boot's real strength is customization. The 3D Cork Fit W liner uses cork material to contour to your foot over time, and the Nordica Infrared Technology lets your fitter heat-mould both shell and liner for a truly personal fit. The Tri Force shell construction balances torsional stiffness with a responsive edge feel, while the 35 mm power strap gives you calf control without complexity.

Why we rate it

The BOA dial system is a game-changer for fit consistency and speed of adjustment. You're getting precise closure without the strength or dexterity demands of traditional four-buckle systems. The medium-volume last (100 mm) works well for regular-shaped feet, and the 3D Cork liner actually improves fit as you ski it.

The GripWalk sole is standard on this model, so you'll walk easier around the lodge or car park. Flex feels balanced—enough rigidity for edge hold and carving, but with a smooth power delivery that suits varied terrain and conditions.

Who it's for

Intermediate to advanced female skiers (ability 3–4) with regular foot volume looking for a dependable all-mountain boot. Suits those who value boot fit and feel over maximum performance, or skiers new to higher-flex boots wanting something responsive but still accessible. If your calf is slim to medium, this works well; the ACP (Adjustable Cuff Profile) band gives some volume tuning.

Key features

  • BOA Fit System — Dial closure for precision micro-adjustments and speed of entry/exit
  • 3D Cork Fit W liner — Primaloft-lined cork that moulds to your foot over time for custom comfort
  • Tri Force shell — Three-density construction for balanced flex, power and weight
  • GripWalk Extra-Grip sole — ISO 23223 standard for easier walking and lodge grip
  • Infrared Technology — Heat-mouldable shell and liner for bespoke custom fit
  • Adjustable Cuff Profile (ACP) — Band to tweak calf volume and closure pressure
  • 35 mm power strap — Forefoot leverage and support without over-complication

Fit and feel

Medium volume (100 mm last width at Mondopoint 26.5), regular instep height. The flex is responsive without being harsh—you'll feel edge transitions and terrain changes without fighting the boot. Cork liner breaks in smoothly and feels warmer than standard foam. Calf fit is adjustable via the ACP band; if your calf is on the fuller side, try before you buy.
